For the purchase of services related to the EME conference 2020, on the web site www.eme2020.cz

located: Rašínova 401, UNHOŠŤ, PSČ: 27351, Czech Republic, registration number ( IČ) 43776345, hereinafter referred as

" the supplier"

and

You, hereinafter referred as

" the client"

1. Preface

1.1. These terms and conditions define the mutual rights and obligations of the supplier and the client related to the ordering of services for the EME conference 2020 held in Prague on August 20 ^th to August 23 ^rd 2020 at the Top Hotel Praha by means of the web site of the supplier www.eme2020.cz

1.2. The terms and conditions are an integral part of the ordered services.

2. User account

2.1. User registration at the web site https://emeprague.aligo.cz/ is necessary to access the reservation system for booking the required services.

2.2. When registering and booking the services the client is obliged to provide true and correct data.

2.4. The client is not entitled to allow the use of his/her user account by third parties.

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1. The contract is concluded by filling the order form on the web site. The order form contains the following but is not limited to:

3.1.1. Ordered services

3.1.2. Payment method

3.1.3. Information of the price of the selected services and the content of the services.

4. Prices and payment methods

4.1. The following payment methods can be used:

• Bank transfer to the account of the supplier at Komerční banka a.s.bank

• by means of the GoPaysystem

• by means of the PayPalsystem

4.2. If a bank transfer or PayPal is used the client has to enter his/her callsign in the message field.

4.3. According to the law of the Electronic Registration of Sales the supplier is obliged to issue a receipt of payment to the client and register the payment online at the tax administrator. In case of technical problems this must be registered within 48 hours.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

5.1. The client can withdraw from the contract no later then one month before the beginning of the conference free of charge.

5.2. The full amount will be reimbursed to the client's account in that case.

5.3. If the withdrawal occurs later than one month before the beginning of the conference it will be charged at 25% of the ordered service price.

6. Personal data protection (GDPR)

6.1. Pursuant to Article 13 of regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Council concerning the protection of persons with regard to the processing of their personal data and their free movement and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (general regulation of the personal data protection), hereinafter referred as "GDPR regulation", related to the personal data processing by the supplier for the purpose of providing the service.

6.2. The supplier undertakes not to provide any information about the client to any third party.
